The lake Baldeney is situated between Essen Heisingen and
Kupferdreh and has got a lenght about six miles and a breadth
up to half a mile.
There are woods and the park of the "Villa Huegel"
(Villa hill) in the north. The lake is a pleasure for tourists
and especially sportsmen.
You can see here some very seldom photos from the year 1084
of the frozen lake. But don´t fear, such events we
can only find every twenty years.

ask yourself what´s the sence of the following apparatus.
That are ventils and other things for reservoirs - exhibited
at the eastern end of the lake.
